How to become a candidate / 代表への立候補
To be a candidate for the 2016 term, send an email to NAISTStudentCouncil@gmail.com with the following content before 24 January 2017:
2016年度の学生会代表への立候補を希望する方は，こちらのメールアドレスへ以下の内容を送信してください．締め切りは2017年1月 24 日です．
- Your name / 名前
- A photo of you / 写真 (400x400 px)
- A short introduction / 自己紹介 (<100 words)
- Your graduate school / 所属学科
- Your grade/year / 学歴 (M1, D1, D2…)
Note that this information will be hosted publically during and after the election.
これらの個人情報は，選挙期間中公開されます．
Duties / 当選後
As a council member, you will be expected to attend the meetings of the association. The 7 council members also have to select a President, Vice President and Treasurer.
当選された方は，選挙終了後学生会ミーティングを実施しますので必ず参加してください．会長，副会長，会計係はそのミーティング内で決定します．
Election terms / 任期
Members of the student council are elected for one year. Elections are normally held in August. The first election (2016 Term) will be held from 25 - 30 January 2017.
学生会代表の任期は1年間で，選挙は毎年8月に実施します．2016年度代表選挙のみ，1月25～30日に実施されます．
